The exciting avalanche class
The ability to properly assess the danger of avalanches is a valuable skill for anyone to have. You will receive expert instruction in avalanche safety in this intensive course. You will learn how to properly handle avalanche equipment (avalanche transceiver, shovel, sounding stick, ABS). You will also experience directly how powerful and dangerous a falling mass of snow is in a special highlight of the course: You will be there when an avalanche is blasted. At a safe distance, of course.
