Gantakopf circular trail – nature and climate in transition
The climate migration tour on the Gantakopf circular trail is a scenic, moderately difficult tour offering exciting insights into the mountain world of the Montafon. From the Garfrescha cable car, the trail climbs up to the Gantakopf with views of Silvretta, Rätikon and Verwall. The 9 km circular tour leads back to the starting point across flower-filled meadows and past the Alpe Nova.
Climate guide Lukas Rinnhofer will explain how climate change is affecting vegetation, alpine farming and habitats in the mountains.
