Hiking: Summit experience on the Zamangspitze

The ridge hike to the Zamangspitze is spectacular, but without many metres in altitude. It is a pleasure tour with marvellous Montafon panoramas.This tour only takes place in good weather conditions.

Meeting point: 09:30 am Grasjoch cable car valley station, St. Gallenkirch

Route: Hochalpila cable car mountain station - Wormser Hütte - Kreuzjoch - Zamangspitze summit - Zamangalpe - Grasjoch cable car mountain station

Duration: approx. 5:30 hours (pure walking time: approx. 3 hours)

Ascent and descent: ascent approx. 270 metres, descent approx. 700 metres

Refreshment stop: Grasjoch hut

Registration: by 19:00 the day before

Equipment: Bring a rucksack with food and drink as well as rain and sun protection, hiking boots with treaded soles required

Car park: Silvretta Montafon cable car valley station, St. Gallenkirch

Dogs are not allowed on this tour
The hike is not possible with pushchairs or handcarts
Participants must be physically active, sure-footed and have a head for heights
