What awaits you:
In winter we operate up to 8 lifts. In summer, our 8-person EUB, the Schafberg Bahn, is the heart of our operations. We also take care of the optimal preparation, snowmaking and protection of the slopes around the Schafberg plateau, as well as the safety of our guests.
Of course, extensive revision and greening work is also part of the tasks of our mountain railway team. The job opportunities in the cable car sector go far beyond the classic technical professions, such as cable car technician or machinist.
If you are more of a numbers person and feel comfortable in direct contact with guests, we would also be happy to receive your application for our mountain railway cash desk, in the valley station of the Gargellner Bergbahnen.
Proper and high-quality sports equipment is the basic prerequisite to enjoy nature and mountains safely and relaxed. That's why we offer our guests a large selection of high-quality sports clothing and equipment for every need in the PME Sportshop - directly in the valley station. Whether hiking or ski boots, ski touring equipment and climbing accessories, sportswear, helmets or sunglasses - we have exactly what a mountain enthusiast needs for a variety of mountain experiences!
Our PME team is active in both summer and winter in the areas of sales and rental, these areas of work are supplemented in winter, by the ski and board service.
The Schafberg Hüsli is open for our guests in summer as well as in winter. In winter, the valley descent also leads to our umbrella bar Dr'Schirm at the valley station. Our team consists of employees in various gastronomic areas.
Regional and mainly sustainably produced ingredients, motivated employees and perfect service are the motto.
