Montafon hut circuit | Tilisunahütte to Lindauer Hütte
Tour description
A short but challenging hike from hut to hut through the heart of the Rätikon, offering stunning views of Sulzfluh, the Drei Türme, and Drusenfluh.
This stage takes you through the striking limestone landscape of the Rätikon. Around the Tilisuna Hut, Lake Tilisuna, the Tilisuna Seehorn, and the Weißplatte define the landscape. As you ascend to the Schwarze Scharte, the Schwarzhorn with its dark rock comes into view, before a sweeping vista opens up over the Gauertal valley, featuring the Drei Türme, the Drusenfluh, and the Sulzfluh.
The subsequent trail over the Bilkengrat leads through alpine terrain. On a section about 100 meters long, safety ropes provide support in exposed areas. Sure-footedness and a head for heights are absolutely essential here.
