Tour description
A challenging stage of the Montafon Hut Loop, from Gargellen to the Tilisuna Hut via the Sarotlajoch, the Plasseggen Pass, and the Gruben Pass.
This stage takes you through the diverse mountain landscape of the Rätikon, combining alpine crossings with impressive views of the surrounding limestone peaks. Along the way, you’ll transition from the pastures around the Röbialpen to the high-alpine landscape along the Rätikon High Trail.
At the Sarotlajoch, a short section secured with ropes awaits you. Below the Westplatte and the Scheienfluh, the trail then continues on to the Tilisuna Hut.
