The Vorderkapell Alpine Pasture is located at an elevation of 1,855 meters within the municipality of Schruns. The total area of the pasture is 326 hectares, of which 85 hectares are farmed.
Dairy cows, young cattle, calves, chickens, ducks, and pigs spend their summer there. The milk is used to produce fresh cheese, quark, and yogurt.

You can reach the alp on foot, by bike, or very comfortably via the Hochjoch or Zamangbahn cable cars. (2-minute walk)

The Oberer family serves regional specialties on the beautiful terrace.
