Where history, art and mountain panoramas meet.

The parish church of St. Bartholomew is one of the most beautiful village churches in Vorarlberg – not only because of its exposed location in front of the impressive mountain panorama, but also as a rural masterpiece of the Baroque period. Its origins date back to the Middle Ages, and in the 18th century it was given its distinctive Baroque design. Particularly impressive are the high-quality furnishings with important art treasures such as the Romanesque processional cross from the 13th century, the late Gothic miners' altar and the Baroque works by the Tyrolean sculptor Andreas Kölle. Join Kornelia in discovering the multi-layered history of this church building and experience the special atmosphere of a place that impressively combines art, faith and contemporary history.
