Guided tour by the miners at St Agatha’s Chapel
Every Thursday at 2 pm
St Agatha’s Chapel on the Kristberg is the oldest place of worship in the Montafon. Legend has it that the chapel was built following a vow made by miners who had been buried alive.
You can discover the full fascinating story of the miners on the Kristberg during an exclusive guided tour of the miners’ chapel.

Arrival information
The Panoramagasthof Kristberg, where the children's face painting takes place, is only accessible via the Montafoner Kristbergbahn (timetable), on foot (e.g. via Innerberg – approx. 3 km / about 1 hour), or by E-bike or mountain bike.
IMPORTANT: The private and single-lane cooperative road from Silbertal to Kristberg may only be used with a valid driving permit (authorisation slip) and/or a valid written reservation confirmation (exclusively for overnight guests). Failure to comply may result in a fine of € 700.00.
