Our à la carte dining rooms, awarded 2 toques and 14 points by Gault&Millau, offer seasonal surprises made with regional ingredients—prepared with the finest craftsmanship and a touch of cosmopolitan flair. The dining rooms are open to all food lovers and invite you to enjoy special culinary moments.

Dining Hours:
• Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.–10:30 a.m. (reservations requested)
• Lunch menu: 12:00 PM–2:00 PM
• Afternoon menu: 2:00–6:00 p.m.
• Dinner menu: 6:00 PM–9:00 PM

Teppanyaki Grill
The Exceptional Menu in the Garden Pavilion
The pavilion in the hotel garden was built from the old winter garden and many more fond memories of the historic Taube, and has been re-erected. Here, we are happy to prepare a teppanyaki menu for groups of up to 8 people upon advance reservation.

Taubenkeller
The original vaulted ceiling has been carefully preserved and offers a unique atmosphere for lively evenings.
The Taubenkeller is available for functions and events and is open for your special occasions.

Wine Cellar

The Taube’s wine cellar isn’t just well-stocked with the finest bottles from select vineyards—it’s also a special space for up to 20 connoisseurs. Our sommeliers would be delighted to organize a small or large tasting session tailored to your preferences. We’d also be happy to serve you the perfect food pairings to complement the selected wines right here in the wine cellar.
