Here you can indulge in traditional Montafon cuisine to your heart’s content.

At AMRAI, love for one’s homeland goes through the stomach. Their cuisine is based on traditional Montafon specialties, given a sophisticated twist. To achieve this, the kitchen team regularly turns to AMRAI’s grandmother’s cookbook, where they seek out regional classics and reinterpret them without losing the essence of traditional Montafon cuisine.

You’ll find all these delicacies on our breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. AMRAI sources its ingredients from local suppliers—many of whom they know personally. Thus, the time-honored Brösel, Montafon Keesknöpfli, and even the famous Montafon Sura Kees can be found on the menu.
You can enjoy your meal in AMRAI’s cozy dining room or outside on the terrace with a view of the Litz River, when the sun wants to join you at the table.

Breakfast hours are from 7:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Lunch hours are from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Dinner is served from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
