Rinderalpe Nova

We run the Nova Alpine Pasture with great passion and dedication on 220 hectares of pastureland, home to cows, cattle, goats, and horses.
From late June through late August, we warmly welcome you and serve delicious goat specialties and refreshing drinks on our small but charming terrace (terrace service only)—in a cozy, rustic setting just like in the old days.

The Rinderalpe Nova is the perfect destination for a family hike:

• It’s just a 20- to 30-minute walk from the Garfrescha Bahn mountain station.
• For the more adventurous, hike to the alp from the Versettla Cable Car via Madrisella through the Novatal valley toward Garfrescha.
• There’s also a beautiful trail to the alpine hut starting from the middle station of the Valisera Cable Car.
