Tour description

A scenic mountain hike with a high-alpine character that takes you from Versettla via Madrisella to the Novatal valley and offers impressive views of the Silvretta.

This summit hike combines scenic high-altitude trails with an authentic alpine mountain experience. Via the Matschuner Ridge Trail, you’ll reach the Madrisella, where an impressive view of the Silvretta’s peaks awaits you. The high-alpine character of the landscape makes this hike a special mountain experience.

After reaching the summit, the trail takes you through the Novatal valley, past Lake Seressee and the Alp Nova, back to the starting point. Along the way, the Alp Nova and the Nova Stoba offer opportunities to stop for a break.

What is the Montafon Alpine Mosaic?

The Montafon Alpine Mosaic showcases the scenic diversity of the Montafon. Four exploration areas—Verwall, Silvretta, Rätikon, and the valley—reveal how geology, nature, and the cultural landscape are interconnected.

Along 34 themed trails, you can discover the unique features of these diverse landscapes. Starting points, themes, and stories along the trails continually offer you new perspectives on the Montafon.

So: Choose an exploration area, lace up your hiking boots, and discover the diversity of the Montafon step by step.

You can find more information about the Montafon Alpine Mosaic HERE.
