Hiking: Madrisella and Matschuner Höhenweg

The summit hike to Madrisella is a scenic circular route that allows you to experience the high-alpine character of the Silvretta. Starting from the top station of the Versettla cable car, the trail first leads uphill to the summit of the same name, before continuing on towards Madrisella. The scenic summit trail takes you over a ridge to Madrisella, where sure-footedness is required. Once you reach the summit, a breathtaking view of the surrounding Silvretta mountain panorama opens up before you. The trail then leads you back through the Novatal valley.

Meeting point: 9:15 a.m. at the Versettla Bahn valley station in Gaschurn 

Route: Bergstation Versettla - Madrisella - Novatal - Nova Bahn - Bergstation Versettla

Duration: approx. 4 hours (pure walking time: approx. 2.5 hours).Ascent and descent: approx. 490 m
