Directions
The trailhead is located between Pension Tirolerhof and the Lifinar Lift. From there, the trail leads you up the slope toward the valley in the direction of the Lifinar Lift and then loops back again.

By public transportation
With the Montafon regional bus and the Montafonerbahn, you can travel around the valley comfortably and flexibly. The train and bus connect the towns regularly, every half hour or every hour, depending on the route. By car

Take the A14 to the Bludenz/Montafon exit. Then follow the Montafonerstraße L188 to Partenen. There are several parking options available near the Vallülasaal and within the Partenen town area.

Restrooms are located in the Vallülasaal, and thanks to its central location, you’ll also find various places to eat and drink in town.

You can use the cross-country ski trails in Montafon for free.

If you don’t have your own gear, there are various places in the Montafon where you can rent winter sports equipment.

The cross-country ski trails are groomed by the responsible municipalities or mountain railways, depending on weather and snow conditions. Machine grooming requires a snow cover of at least 30 cm, and in some areas 50 cm. The current trail status is continuously updated by the responsible staff on site.

Right at the starting point, you'll find the "energie.raum" in the Vallülasaal. The exhibition offers insights into the energy industry and its importance to the Montafon.
