Ski and savor—at the SKI Food Festival Gargellen, the ski resort becomes a stage for culinary delights! Look forward to an extraordinary day of skiing filled with culinary highlights, music, and special experiences between the mountains and the valley.

The fun begins on the mountain: Ski from station to station, where select delicacies and unique culinary creations await you. Impressive snow sculptures and the unique mountain backdrop add to the special moments of enjoyment.

In the afternoon, the festival moves down to the valley: Right at the valley station of the Gargellen Mountain Railways, a diverse food festival awaits you with delicious grilled specialties, regional and international culinary delights, and a wine lounge featuring select winemakers.

There’s plenty on offer in terms of music and entertainment as well: live music featuring jazz, funk, and soul, a surprising comedy special, and rousing DJ sets ensure a lively festival atmosphere well into the early evening.

One day of skiing. Many moments of enjoyment. And a festival that delights all the senses!

Here’s what awaits you:

• 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. | Mountain Delights: Four culinary stations along the ski slopes, snow art, and special culinary experiences
• Starting at 2:30 p.m. | Culinary Delights Meet Music: The festival gradually shifts toward the valley station. Live music, a variety of food specials, and wine tastings invite you to enjoy yourself and linger.
• Starting at 4:15 p.m. | Entertainment & Festival Vibes: A comedy special , DJ sets, grilled specialties, and a cozy wrap-up at the valley station ensure a delightful end to the day
• 6:00 p.m. | Festival ends

Good to know: To access the food stations on the mountain, you’ll also need a valid ski pass or mountain rail ticket. You can visit the Food Festival at the valley station for free even without a Gourmet Pass. Food and drinks are also available there à la carte.
